2025 Starts with New Letting and Relocation of Existing Tenant at HERE

Activity at HERE in 2025 has started with two new lettings.  Research and Engineering firm Inductosense Limited have relocated their workforce to HERE as part of their expansion and growing requirement for good quality office space.

Jen Rolls, F&O Directors commented ‘The move to HERE as been great for Inductosense.  We wanted a fresh, welcoming space with plenty of amenities so the team would enjoy coming to work every day and HERE has fitted the bill from our very first visit.   The café is fantastic, but we also make good u se of the games room and gym! The bookable meeting rooms are a real bonus and the building team look after the place so well, it’s always immaculate and it’s a real pleasure to welcome clients here when they visit!’

Kinetic Alliance have also grown within the building taking a larger office suite within the centre.  The evet management company who originally took occupation in 2022 are one of many who have grown organically within the building.  Stuart Roberts, Director and Co-Founder commented:  ‘The first (and biggest one) was the fact that the building is dog friendly; this is a must for us! On top of this, we were also attracted to the fact there is an onsite gym, games room, as well as the deli area with open spaces giving the option to take your work out of the office.  Once we settled in, we quickly learned about the community feel and continue to be impressed with the gatherings put on for all the offices like the summer BBQ, ice cream Thirsty Thursday and tenants Christmas Party.’
