Castlebridge is proud to announce the completion and opening of its newly refurbished reception and tenant amenity space, delivering a significantly enhanced arrival experience and a vibrant shared environment for occupiers.

The transformation reflects the landlord’s commitment to creating a more contemporary, welcoming, and functional destination for tenants and visitors alike. The new reception/tenant lounge area provides an impressive central point for visitors and a practical and relaxing communal work/social space for tenants.

The new tenant amenity provides a flexible, high-quality environment, designed to support collaboration, wellbeing, and day-to-day convenience.  With a variety of working and social areas, a bookable meeting room and its own coffee lounge it provides a host of additional amenities for occupiers.

A key element of the scheme is the integration of curated artwork by DER GREIF Studio  with works from seven Welsh and UK-based artists focusing on the move between natural and built structures.  This theme reflects Ashville’s role as a shaper of the urban environment and Castlebridge’s close relationship with Bute Park, Sophia Gardens and the River Taff.

Andrew Oliver commented: ‘The opening of the new reception and tenant amenity space marks an important milestone in the evolution of Castlebridge. Our aim has been to create a welcoming, high-quality environment that not only enhances the occupier experience but also reflects the building’s long-term vision.’

The enhanced spaces are now open and in use, forming a central part of Castlebridge’s ongoing commitment to delivering best-in-class workplace environments in central Cardiff.
