£500K REFURBISHMENT COMPLETE AND READY FOR OCCUPATION

Ashville completed the extensive £500,000 refurbishment earlier this year and prior to lockdown held a successful launch event to showcase the works to a number of local agents. : The event was a valentines themed event and lunch was provided to all attendees.

Despite the current situation this seems to of had the desired effect and we have since had several positive  enquiries and viewings.

The 35,000 sq ft warehouse refurbishment includes a brand-new roof, new led lighting throughout the warehouse, and is fully decorated with new WCs and a fresh new Kitchen.  We expect the building will not remain empty for long
