PERMISSION GRANTED FOR UP TO 144 HOMES IN DEVON

Following the execution of the required Section 106 Agreement, outline planning permission (with all matters reserved except for access) was granted on 5th July for up to 144 dwellings on land to the west of South Molton, North Devon. Ashville, acting on behalf of a client land owner, formed and implemented a planning promotion and master-planning strategy which has resulted in the site contributing to the delivery of North Devon Councils’ aspirations for a strategic urban extension to the west of South Molton. The scheme’s preliminary designs being cohesive with neighbouring development proposals and the wider draft development allocation, whilst offering the prospect of high quality development and open space for the residents of South Molton.
