Ashville Unlocks Consortium Housing Site in Liphook

Acting as Development Managers following successful pursuit of planning for a first phase of 155 houses on Land at Lowsley Farm, Liphook and subsequent disposal to Taylor Wimpey, Ashville have obtained planning consent for a further phase of 175 dwellings and have overseen disposal to Redrow Homes via agents Strutt & Parker. Taylor Wimpey are now well advanced with the construction of Phase 1, now known as Oak Park, with occupation of homes already underway. Meanwhile, Redrow Homes are finalising their masterplan of 3 & 4 bedroom homes for the second phase, to be known as Maple Walk. This 330 dwelling extension to the town of Liphook provides significant community benefit, including the provision of substantial areas of open space and is to provide a significant contribution towards helping East Hampshire District Council meet the Counties housing numbers.
