GREEN LIGHT FOR PLANNING IN CHIPPENHAM

Ashville have now been granted planning permission to build 20 business units at Methuen Park in Chippenham providing important new employment space for the area.
The units will range from 1500 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft. and total 37,000 sq ft. They will suit a range of businesses from industrial, warehouse, showroom and studio space, trade and e-retail, and medical or laboratory uses.
Methuen Park is accessed off the newly duelled A350 Chippenham by-pass leading directly to J17 of the M4. The site is situated at the top of the Park between office headquarters buildings and a brand new residential development.
Ashville have already begun discharging the associated planning conditions allowing for the construction of this initial phase to begin.
