HERE Enjoys The Halo Effect

The arrival of Halo at HERE is the seventh since the rebranding and refurbishment of the iconic Bath Road Studios last year. The branding agency is the latest creative outfit to join the growing community and means that there is now a waiting list for tenancies pending completion of a second phase of development.

Halo work in partnership with FMCG, entertainment and blue chip brands. With clients that include household names like Live Nation and Ticketmaster, Budweiser Budvar, Sainsbury’s and Jewson and challenger brands like Butcombe and Mallets cider they ‘Tell Stories, Make Legends’.

Says Nick Ellis, Creative Partner at Halo: “We picked HERE because of it’s cool mix of peace, size, great views and 80s vibes.”

Halo moved in last week and took up the last remaining square footage available in the building. That means 100% occupancy of currently available space. We’re proud to have attracted yet another top flight creative business to our burgeoning community. Our focus is now on a second phase of refurbishment which will make available another 7,500 sq ft in 2019.
