Bonville Properties Investments has completed the letting of Unit 2 at Bonville Trading Estate in Brislington, Bristol to BCVA. Savills and Cushman and Wakefield with the tenant be unrepresented.
Terms have been agreed for the newly refurbished detached warehouse which spans 35,468 sq ft (3,294 sq m) for 10 years and the rental quoted was in the order of £180,000 per annum.
