Office Transformation in Cardiff Achieves Impressive Energy Efficiency Milestone
CASTLEBRIDGE, CARDIFF — Ashville Asset Management is delighted to announce the successful completion of the first phase of its transformative project aimed at enhancing the energy efficiency of its office space Castlebridge in Cardiff.
The primary focus of this initial phase was to implement measures that would significantly improve the overall energy performance of the buildings. We are proud to report that these efforts have resulted in the attainment of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) B rating across the entire development with the aim to securing an EPC A rating in the near future.
The achieved EPC B rating is particularly impressive compared to similar aged office building and represents the landlord’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. By implementing a range of strategic initiatives, we have not only reduced our environmental footprint but have also positioned the offices towards a more energy-efficient future.
Looking ahead, Ashville and the landlord remain committed to sustainability with additional works planned for the scheme, working to secure an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating. These planned improvements will not only look to improve the energy efficiency and green credentials further but also transform the whole scheme with a new look, improved quality space and office environments as well as adding a multitude of additional facilities.
Our aim is to provide an office building that provides a grade A quality facility from an existing building and offering flexible spaces from 500 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft for any sized business.
