PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMITTED AT CHIPPENHAM SITE
Ashville have recently submitted a planning application to build 20 business units at Methuen Park in Chippenham.
These units will occupy 1.6 acres of the 3.2 acre site and if successful Ashville will be mobilising its professional team later this year to begin the construction of this initial phase. The units will range from 1500 sq. ft. to 3000 sq. ft. and total 37,000 sq ft. They will suit a range of businesses from industrial, warehouse, showroom and studio space, trade and e-retail, and medical or laboratory uses.
Methuen Park is accessed off the newly duelled A350 Chippenham by-pass leading directly to J17 of the M4. The site is situated at the top of the Park between office headquarters buildings and a brand new residential development
