  • Ashville have devised and implemented a service charge together with a management structure which continues to work well in upholding standards creating a desirable and well maintained estate.
  • The estate has been let and sold to a diverse range of occupiers.
  • Phase 2 comprised four individual business units,Ashville undertook and managed the comprehensive fit out of three units to create a large interconnected office space for final occupation by National Grid Plc.
  • This involved taking a detailed design brief and working closely with the occupier to in turn secure planning permission for a new call centre office and deliver the completed project on time and to budget and specification.
