This property was purchased in 2013 as an office investment but eventually the decision was made to implement a strategy to gain consent for residential conversion through Permitted Development Rights.

 

Whilst the intention was to convert the building, Churchill Retirement Living subsequently acquired the land on a subject to planning basis for the development of 64 units retirement homes, for which they now have consent and the scheme is now under construction.
