The striking Grade II listed Bonded Warehouse backs directly onto Cardiff Bay’s canal system, the building benefits from high ceilings, exposed brick and original ironwork. It is a short walk from Cardiff Central Train Station, has excellent motorway links and outstanding views over the waterfront.
The building was 50% vacant when acquired in 2014 by Ashville Capital and has proved popular with occupiers following a much needed works to common parts and upgrading of available accommodation. AAM are investigating further asset management initiatives.
