Our slogan at Ashville Places is „Giving the past a future”. That summarises what our task was with Stradomska 7. It is a residential investment situated right under the Wawel Castle in the middle between the Main Square and the Jewish Quarter.

We had to take a historical monument with 500 years worth of history and heritage and bring it into modern life.  Making it fit for a new purpose in the modern world whilst respecting the history of the building was a large enterprise. Its accomplishment required the involvement of many specialists and companies. The major element of the project was that it was a large, very technical construction.

Stradonia Serviced Apartments were opened in the summer of 2015 and since then they are rented both for a short and long-term stays.
