On behalf of a landowner Client, Ashville progressed a scheme of 14 dwellings on brownfield land in the high value area of Ascot. The scheme required strong technical expertise to overcome concerns regarding neighbouring environmental designations, including Greenbelt and Tree Preservation Order statuses. However, with the constraints overcome, the consented scheme allowed for 14 executive family homes, all of which have now been constructed following a disposal to Regus Homes.
