A further phase of development is now underway to extend the park by a further 9 acres into land falling within the green belt. Planning permission has been secured and construction is in progress.

This new phase will include new car showrooms and a new 52,000 sq ft HQ and production facility, which will be developed by Ashville for the international medical device company Spectrum Medical.

These new buildings will complement the existing occupiers from the initial development phases which include showroom and servicing facilities for both Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships and regional ambulance centres for both the NHS and St John Ambulance.

Ashville continue to manage the day to day running of the estate and act as Development Managers for the ongoing projects.
