Having bought an area of greenfield land on an unconditional basis, Ashville sought to promote the land for development and subsequently gained an allocation for employment use in the Local Plan. Despite the allocation, planning consent for a change of use was only obtained via appeal, following which Ashville worked with Greensquare to deliver 36 new affordable homes.
