This purpose built office building was located in the city centre of Maidstone with excellent transport links and close by to local amenities.

On termination of the lease it was determined that, despite being acquired as an office investment, best returns would be generated through conversion to residential under newly instated permitted development rights.

Permitted development rights for the conversion to 30 apartments was obtained in 2014.

The property was later sold to a local developer and featured on the popular “Location, Location, Location” TV programme.
