Liphook, East Hampshire

Having identified a planning opportunity, Ashville worked towards gaining planning consent on the land.

Initially, the development proposals were for 155 houses on part of the land, for which consent was granted in 2012.

With a change in local policy to temporarily facilitate additional housing Ashville pursued the second phase of development to meet these requirements which would see another 175 houses.

This led to a more comprehensive master plan with a total of 330 homes in total with associated infrastructure and areas of open space.

Planning permission is now in place for the master plan in its entirety, with Taylor Wimpey having purchased and commenced construction on Phase 1.
