Hampton Park West, Melksham

Following a successful planning strategy the development has been completed in phases and is now fully occupied to include a high end car dealership (Dick Lovett – Jaguar / Land Rover), a hotel (Travelodge), a coffee shop and food take away (Starbucks and Greggs), a gastropub (Hall & Woodhouse).

Hampton Park West is also home to many companies in the business units developed by Ashville in the initial phase. These have all now been sold directly to occupiers or to investors.

Ashville continue to manage the site and now only have a small part of the site remaining which has the benefit of planning consent for use as a storage compound.

The scheme has seen a complete transformation from a parcel of undeveloped agricultural land to a thriving business and commercial centre providing many economic benefits for the surrounding area.
