This striking Grade II listed converted Bonded Warehouse has an abundance of character and an enviable outlook across Bute Dock. Bonded warehouse offered a characterful and unique historical building located a short walk from Cardiff Central Train Station and the central shopping centre with the benefit of ample parking.
When Ashville purchased the building the offices and common parts were tired and dated and no longer suitable for more modern office requirements. With the building providing great fundamentals we undertook refurbishment works to bring it up to modern standards whilst retaining the character of this historic building. The common areas had a complete re-design and refurbishment, and the interesting external metalwork and pillars were painted more in keeping with the building. The offices also had a complete overhaul to provide raised access floor and, modern L.E.D lighting.
Since then, further floors have been recently refurbished and upgraded further to offer comfort cooled, fully fitted and stylish office spaces that are ready for immediate occupation.
In addition to these works we have also secured an EPC A rating proving that existing and historic office buildings can also provide the green credentials many companies now require.
The character and views from the offices really do sell themselves although we have enjoyed bringing this building back to life whilst creating modern and high specification office spaces within a historic building whilst also securing an EPC A rating.
