Located within Bristol’s old city opposite Castle Park, Vintry Building is at the heart of the city centre and popular Bristol business district.
When purchased, the building offered uninspiring office accommodation with tired and unattractive common parts. Ashville repositioned the building in the office market with an extensive redesign, reception extension and refurbishment throughout, transforming this 1950s Art Deco office building into a stylish and vibrant, modern workplace.
