Ashville’s heritage in commercial land and industrial development has provided over several million square feet for occupier clients and in recent years has been built upon to establish a variety of mixed use and residential led schemes. Ashville has more recently gained an outstanding reputation in delivering large scale residential sites, with over 1,000 residential units consented through close working relationships with our landowner clients and local authorities to ensure technically viable schemes while maximising asset value.
We make the most of our extensive expertise and experience from conception to completion of projects, from identifying and advising on the acquisition of opportunities, securing planning, the design and construction process through to marketing and disposal or leasing. Acting as development managers in all phases of development, Ashville have a strong eye for detail. We have been able to unlock the potential and value of many sites for investors and clients whilst delivering great places to work and live.
Places to Stay
At Ashville we’re passionate about property regeneration, and over the last few years we’ve developed a specialism in the development and operation of serviced apartments, transforming historic buildings into more than just a place to stay.
“Giving the past a future”, Ashville Places began with the conservation and redevelopment Stradomska 7 in the centre of Krakow. A sympathetic restoration breathed new life into a building with 500 years of history to create Stradonia, an impressive and unique alternative to characterless hotel accommodation. Since then we’ve taken on three more development projects in the city and are proud to offer a growing number of high spec apartments suited to business and leisure travellers alike.
