LOWSLEY FARM, LIPHOOK ANNOUNCED AS FINALIST FOR SOUTH COAST PROPERTY AWARDS 2018 – DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR CATEGORY

Having development managed the planning promotion of Lowsley Farm, Liphook on behalf of client landowners over a number of years, Ashville are proud to announce that Lowsley Farm has been recognised for its exemplary design and quality achieving a comprehensive master-planned urban extension by being listed as a finalist for Development of the Year (large scale, residential) at the South Coast Property Awards 2018.

Overall the development will see 330 new dwellings provided, along with areas of open space, allotments and wider community benefits. First occupations of Phase 1 are due to commence in Q4 2018.
