Two Ashville Projects in South Coast Property Awards Final

Ashville Asset Management have been selected as finalists for two of our projects and in three separate categories at the upcoming South Coast Property Awards.

White Building, our flagship Southampton office has been nominated as a finalist for Commercial Landlord of the Year following significant refurbishment works to improve onsite tenant facilities, common parts, office spaces and the buildings energy efficiency.  Now boasting large and welcoming tenant lounge with its own in-house deli, improved reception area and office spaces along with multiple green initiatives securing an impressive EPC A rating.

Methuen One in Chippenham is a finalist in both categories, Repurposing Project of the Year and Workplace Design of the Year .  Previously an out-of-town office building with little demand, it was purchased by Ashville and re-invented and re-developed to create high quality self-contained business units for local companies.  The development not only focused on creating quality business spaces but also creating a business community through the provision of pleasant communal spaces for occupiers to meet and interact.  In addition, through numerous thoughtful initiatives the new reinvented development has achieved an impressive EPC A+ rating and Carbon Net Zero development.
