Vintry Building was acquired in 2014 by Ashville Capital. The building, totalling circa 42,000 sqft of mixed retail and office accommodation, is located opposite Castle Park at the heart of the City Centre.
The building was poorly positioned within the Bristol office market, offering traditional accommodation with tired common parts at ERVs at under £10/sqft. Ashville have carried out works to the building including the common parts and reception. Refurbishment works have also taken place to the office accommodation with new raised floors and exposed M&E. Current ERV is in excess of £20/sqft.
