Stroudwater Business Park, Gloucester

The Brunel way site is a one-acre parcel of land previously used for overflow car parking by nearby occupiers Schlumberger for their building which was developed by Ashville in 2008.

Becoming surplus to their requirements, Ashville took possession of the site and obtained a planning consent for a  70,000 sq ft production facility, which secured a significant uplift in value from its previous agricultural and unallocated use.

The site was later sold to an existing occupier of Ashville’s with the benefit of the planning permission and is now home to a local storage business, Sterling Storage.
