REFURBISHMENT OF 13,000 SQ FT OFFICE SPACE IS AFOOT IN THORNBURY, NORTH BRISTOL
Work continues at Ashville Park in Thornbury, North Bristol to refurbish the offices previously occupied by tenant National Grid.
The units were originally built by Ashville in 2007 as part of a larger scheme and will be split back into three business units. The units range from 4,200 sq ft to 4,500 sq ft and are being offered for sale or to let. Each unit will be individually finished to offer the maximum flexibility and choice to occupiers. They will be suitable for a range of uses including industrial, showroom or laboratory uses.
