TRIO OF DEALS AT VINTRY BUILDING

A trio of occupiers have agreed deals to relocate to the Vintry Building in Bristol city centre.

Architecture and building consultancy practice AHR has taken the whole fourth floor of the building on a five-year lease relocating from Clifton, while business advisory firm Quantuma has taken part of the third floor totalling 2,050 sq ft.

Building environment and services engineering consultancy Skelly and Couch has taken 709 sq ft on the same floor.

Located on Wine Street, the Art Deco office building comprises over 40,000 sq ft. The building was purchased in 2015 and is asset managed by Ashville which oversaw a transformation that included a new reception area, common parts, cycle stores and showers.

The lettings were agreed by Cushman & Wakefield and joint agents JLL on behalf of Ashville Asset Management.

“Vintry Building has been a popular option for a range of occupiers due to its location and the great amenity offering on its doorstep,” said Seonaid Butler from Cushman & Wakefield’s National Office Agency team in Bristol.

“Ashville made the decision to split a floor to accommodate smaller requirements which has created a diverse mix of tenants. Ashville have two newly refurbished suites remaining including a suite of 2,134 sq ft on the third floor and 3,750 sq ft available on the ground floor.”
